DAY 28!!! Hotlanta with my baby

Posted on: February 5th, 2012 by joosy 1 Comment

I woke up in Macon, GA and spent most of the morning drinking coffee and catching up on emails and research. Joshua cup was the name of the shop and whatever peach crumble I had made me happy to be in Georgia. I tried to find something of note to shoot outside of best buy and the allman brothers museum, so I ended up in the cemetery. I then drove to Atlanta, washed my car and my body in a truck stop shower room to get ready to pick up Katie from the airport. We checked into a nice place called Glenns near downtown, super nice. Found ourselves walking the Olympic park area and talking ourselves into the coca colA museum which was the tripiest experience I have had in a long time with happiness rooms and an overwhelming secrets. So odd, but still love the old tasting room of Cokes from around the world. Lovely dinner and a visit to the Claremont inn. Quite a lovely night! Happy to have Katie back for a couple of days!

  1. That’s a cool building where the Joshua Cup is located in Macon, GA. I looked it up! Turn of the century building, and just know they must mean turn of the 20th century!
