After staying up till 4 am I passed till 11 in the guacetas home. Amazing columbian eggs and corn for late breakfast. My thought was to finally get out Miami by noon and that just didnt happen and quite happy it didnt, there was still so much more to see and do. Laura continued to tour me around the Latin end of Miami why we interviewed her again (oh yeah, she erased her interview yesterday, tape up erase button while filming documentaries) in the calls ocho domino courts. Pretty awesome to watch older Cubans get excited and heated over dominos! Saw most of downtown and received a call back from a fitness instructor named mike whose website had peaked my interest. (http://www.globalbodyweighttraining.com/globalplayground/)He believes and teaches fitness in the global playground, where he goes around the city of Miami working out with his own body. A mix of French parcour and freestyle walking. I went to interview him and other trainer Karen about Miami and fitness. I needed a workout to do while on the road, some road aerobics to keep me from gaining 100 pounds this year while on the road. We made some killer videos and cant wait to share them soon. After that I picked Laura up and dropped her off only to have the cops called on my van for its awesome look. I think I will probably get pulled over in most states do to the look of my old white van, oh well, at least it will be fun on each state. Drove into the night through alligator alley and have this arrived in Naples. First night to sleep in the van and excited about it. Up early to hit the west side of the lovely Florida. Lovely day!
